Return Goods Policy


Due to the exclusive nature of our gear and our extremely limited edition releases, related to quantities and sales duration, 14th Street, Inc. does not accept returns, unless products are shown to have defects.  All returns or refunds for defects must be authorized by 14TH STREET prior to receipt. 

Products must be returned within 10 days of receipt. Authorizations are valid for 10 days. Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) must be requested in writing, by contacting 14TH STREET customer service. Unauthorized returns will be returned to customer at customer’s expense.

Return Procedure

After obtaining an RGA, each return must include the following information:

  • Customer’s name, address and email.
  • RGA number.
  • Original 14TH STREET order number.
  • Date of purchase


The following conditions will not be considered for return.

  • Products received more than 10 days prior to return request.
  • Products returned in altered or damaged packaging, or in packaging other than original packaging.
  • Issuance of an RGA number does not guarantee credit. Credit issuance is dependent on confirmed receipt/review of returned products and is subject to the other terms of this policy.


Products Shipped in Error by 14TH STREET

Products shipped in error by 14TH STREET are returnable for full credit, provided that such returns are made within ten (10) days of receipt. Customer must notify 14TH STREET of any shipping errors or disputes within two (2) business days of receipt and must be in their original packaging with no signs of damaged packaging to both internal package and external package.
